Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Easy Returns
To start a return, simply contact us with your order number, and our team will provide return instructions to make the process quick and easy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label and the cost for the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
